Liverpool is a city that has such a kingdom presence with City Church Dave and Sue Latham minister in the heart of Liverpool uniting the churches of the city to reach the city. They have many ministries within City Church such as teaching English to immigrants, a cafe called "Connection" to bring people in the neighborhood together, etc, but it is Dave's heart to bring churches together to reach the entire city.
